Eligibility for Returns and Refunds:

You are eligible to return most new, unused, and unopened items purchased on Charchha.com within 7 business days of delivery for a full refund. Certain exceptions may apply (see “Non-Returnable Items” below).

Our Commitment to Quality:

We source our products from reputable online auctions like those on Amazon and Flipkart.  While these products may be new, open-box, or customer returns, we thoroughly inspect each item before listing it on our website.  This ensures you receive quality products at competitive prices.

Reasons for Returns:

You may choose to return an item for various reasons, including:

  • The item does not match the description or images on our website.
  • The item is damaged or defective.
  • You simply changed your mind about the purchase.

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] within the 7-day return window. Include your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ship the returned product using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  4. Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that have been used, opened (beyond basic inspection), or damaged after receipt are not eligible for return or refund unless the damage is due to a manufacturing defect.
  • Items marked as “final sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Digital products are not eligible for return or refund.

Additional Information:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return criteria or are not received within the specified timeframe.

Warranty Claims:

For products with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer to the warranty information included with the product.  You may need to contact the manufacturer directly to file a warranty claim.
